Long Valley
Morris and Somerset properties run deep-well water with variable iron, manganese, and hardness. We baseline-test at open, apply staged chelation, and adjust cyanuric acid for the inland sun exposure patterns of the Watchung ridges.
We target pH 7.4–7.6, alkalinity 80–120 ppm, and calcium hardness 200–400 ppm on every visit. Readings are logged so you can see the history of your pool.
