Proper winterization protects your investment. Our closing protocol: balance chemistry for winter, lower water level below returns, blow out all lines with compressed air, install plugs, winterize equipment, chlorine-lock or shock the water, and install the safety cover.

  • Final chemistry balance for long-term storage
  • Water level lowered below returns (for mesh covers)
  • All plumbing lines blown out with compressed air
  • Winter plugs installed on returns, lights, main drain
  • Equipment winterized (pump drained, heater winterized)
  • Safety cover installed and anchored

Schedule by September 15 for our preferred closing windows. Waiting past the first hard frost risks freeze damage to plumbing.
