These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lampsi Pools website and the purchase of services.

Service bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment via our secure Stripe checkout. Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your service details.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a service fee of up to 25% of the booking.

Service guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any service performed by Lampsi Pools, contact us within 7 days and we will either return to correct the issue or issue a refund.

Limitation of liability

Lampsi Pools is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
